How to Order

The majority of Kim's pottery is Made to Order.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of your order. We will keep you updated along the way!

We provide wholesale pricing for bulk orders - weddings, restaurants, galleries and new homes - get in contact to discuss!

There are four Standard Glaze options: Blue Ash, Black Ash, Te Awa Green, Mottled grey/cream. Most of Kim's products are made available in these colours. For custom glaze options, or if you cannot see a colour you want for a particular product, please get in contact with us.

Here's the outline of the made to order process:

1. You place your order in our online store, selecting your items, which glaze you would like and the quantity.
2. We receive and confirm your order via email and give you an approximate delivery date.
3. We confirm Payment details with you. 
4. Once payment is received (either by Internet banking or Credit card through Paypal), Kim commences production of your order.
5. We email you to let you know when your order is ready to ship (we'll include photos of specially commissioned work).
6. Goods arrive at your door for you to enjoy!
