Refund policy

All work is handmade and therefore can be different to the photo shown.

You can always contact us with any concerns at kim@kimmorgan.co.nz.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the work arrives damaged, please photograph so that we can see that damage and we can either refund you or make another.

If the work is faulty, please explain to us what the problem is and we shall refund you or make another.
